Eventually all technology moves to invisible. The phone is now ripe to disappear because it’s no longer seen as a sign of wealth or as expensive jewelry.

The big question is where they go from here. They can’t accept the fault for fear of a class action and yet they have a generation of customers living in fear of dust and with an unsatisfactory experience all day, every day.

How did every other manufacturer miss the chance here?
