Apple is supposed to be world class design and yet they’re in the position of having a generation of machines with a basic design fault. A fault so bad that this can happen…
The big question is where they go from here. They can’t accept the fault for fear of a class action and yet they have a generation of customers living in fear of dust and with an unsatisfactory experience all day, every day.
How did every other manufacturer miss the chance here?
